Manifestation with the breath

I have worked and trained hard for mental impeccably and will forever do so. I use times of low energy as an opportunity to restore my mind to a state of peace and happiness. I have found myself in certain situations, that before would have sent me into a state of anxiousness, uncertainty and blame. Now however I see these similar situations as opportunistic challenges. It takes more work to get ourselves back to a state of peace and happiness in challenging situations, especially when we have been used to a way of doubtfulness, uncertainty or in some cases extreme certainty of a polar opposite. However like everything else, if you want a desired outcome you must work for it. It will not be hard forever because again like learning anything new it takes time for it to sink in and become more of an automatic habit. There is one thing that I must say now though, the more effort, hard work and unwavering determination you put in, the better the results you will get. In fact you get more back than you put in, as the desired state of mind begins to become more of an automatic train of thought, you can then begin to already improve from where you are. As the saying goes, "there is always room for improvement". This being said, once any improvement has been made it is very unlikely for you to move in a backwards direction so the work is never lost.

Any state of mind you aim to be in requires work. You could desire any state of mind, for example, one that would allow you to; study more, to be more motivated, to take more action, to stop smoking, to be kinder, to be happier, to make more money, to be more positive, to be calmer, to be more peaceful, to have more concentration or to simply be more successful in general. When we desire something we are often too quick to make excuses as to why we can not achieve/ manifest the desired outcome. This is just setting yourself up for failure. Instead of desiring the desired "thing" or outcome, desire the state of mind that will allow you achieve the outcome and then the successful results will begin to happen almost instantly.

Something I do to help get into an instant state of mind is to take 3 long, slow and deep inhalations and exhalations whilst feeling that I am already in the desired state of mind. Most of us have a basic idea of what muscle memory or cell memory is. When these deep breaths are occurring you are focusing and feeling the desired state of mind with every oxygenating cell in your body creating a memory in your mind but also in your physical body. This is so important for me when wanting to achieve something quickly: I want to feel with my body what the desired state of mind creates within it. After the 3 long, slow and deep breaths, there is no need for any desire as I would already be in the desired state. Another aid that can be used simultaneously in this method is the use of words as thoughts: For instance you could say any of the following things whilst doing the breaths to help you feel the desired state on deeper levels; I am in a peaceful and calm state of mind, I am in a kind and loving state of mind, I truly believe in my dreams, I am intelligent, my heart is open and connected, I am successful, I am truly grateful, I am happy with myself and others, I can manifest anything quickly or anything else you may find fitting to help reach and feel the desired state.

A way to enhance and further the capabilities of this technique after it has began to manifest as a new habit is to be consciously aware of your heart beat whilst doing this. Whilst you are doing the long, slow and deep inhalations and exhalations become aware of your beating heart. After you have awareness of your heartbeat  begin to rhythmically intake air during the inhalations in time with your heartbeat, similarly, rhythmically match your heartbeat with a series of shorter exhalations that make up the complete long, slow deep exhalations. It can take many years to master this kind of breathing and it is possible to make it an unconscious habit of breathing that takes no thought to achieve. The thing that mainly makes it so difficult to achieve this as an unconscious automatic act of breathing is the fact that you have been breathing improperly most of your life: It is so deeply integrated into your unconscious mind that it takes a great deal of effort to overcome a lifelong habit, almost like trying to change the way you walk. Trying to change your normal way of walking to walking on your tiptoes would take a lot of conscious effort but to make it an automatic habit that takes no conscious effort at all is a different story all together. But this should not matter for now because all we are aiming for in this moment is to consciously use this method of breathing to manifest a desired state of mind, thus manifesting a desired outcome.

The more this method is consciously used in any situation, be it challenging or otherwise, the more it will become a habit. This however does not mean that you are at the stage of constantly using this breathing unconsciously, it only means you have made a conscious habit that still requires your conscious effort. It does however mean that you will be at the stage of not having to remember to do it, you merely get the feeling in certain situations to use the method without having to consciously make the effort of remembering. If you are here, in this place, then you are well on your way towards mastery. Just use it step by step and have fun with it, manifest things faster and begin to appreciate your true power as a conscious creator then reap what you may sow and enjoy your own creations.
